The Strengthen Founder’s Flame Bootcamp is designed to give you the knowledge, self-understanding and evidence-based tools you need to rise stronger, lead more confidently and defend your wellbeing as a founder or leader.
Over four live 90minute sessions discover:

- How you can influence how these two stories interact together in you and in the way you lead and work with others
- How to use your personal emotional strength toolkit
When you join the Strengthen Founder’s Flame Bootcamp, you’ll get immediate access to an introductory workshop video & workbook to prepare you for the first session.
The Strengthen Founder’s Flame Bootcamp is facilitated by Andrea Urquhart, Emotion & Positive Psychology Coach & mentor to Founders, Leaders and Wellbeing Professionals.
In intimate, small groups, the Bootcamp introduces you to evidence-based tools and understanding about emotions, character strengths and defending your wellbeing.
This confidence building training and coaching programme is currently in three online options:
1) Founder’s Flame Lite:
The introductory Strengths video workshop plus four, live, small group 90minute Zoom workshops. £500
2) Founder’s Flame Flex:
The introductory Strengths video workshop, the four, live, small group 90minute Zoom workshops and two 60minute one-to-one coaching sessions. £750
3) Founder’s Flame All in:
The introductory Strengths video workshop, the four, live, small group 90minute Zoom workshops and four 60minute one-to-one coaching sessions. £975
There’s also a choice between participating in a 4week cohort that meets weekly, or a 4month cohort meeting in an evening once a month.
