Looking for personalised, one-to-one confidence and inner story coaching?
I work with big-hearted, missional leaders & campaigners and wellbeing professionals.
Coaching with me is confidential – your journey and your story is safe with me.
Because neuroplasticity is a process, so is getting the best results from coaching. This is especially true when we’re working on your confidence, habits, strategy and inner story.
My clients typically experience inner story shifts in their first session with me. But to really embed new ways of relating with yourself and to process the different strategy ideas for your life and business that we’ll be working on, I know that my clients need time and gentle accountability!
All 1:1 coaching with clients who are new to working with me is now via 6 or 12month investment. This usually takes place over Zoom. Previous and current clients are able to buy bundles of 3 top up sessions. Payment plans are available but must complete before the end of your programme.
Here’s what you can expect over six months on the Definition 2025 programme for new clients:
1 x 90minute session
5 x 60minute sessions
6 x Check-in telephone or WhatsApp video call for up to 30minutes midway between the monthly Zoom coaching sessions.
Complimentary Access to the So It’s Not Just Me Then community for the 6 or 12months I am coaching you.
The 12month Definition programme starts with the 90minute session then 11 x 60minutes with 12midway check ins and community access.

Preparing for your first coaching session
Get ready for your 1:1 coaching session:
You’re investing in yourself when you book professional coaching sessions, so it’s important to make the most of the time you’re paying for. Here are my top tips for doing just that:
1) Think about what you want to work on or talk through before your session.
2) Take a few minutes to write down some bullet points or record yourself a voice note about what you’re struggling with in that area.
3) Think about what result you would like from the session. For example, do you want some actions to take, some strategies to think about or to simply unburden your emotions and talk about how you are feeling? If you’re not sure what you want yet, don’t worry! We’ll talk about that together.
4) Have something to write or even draw with ready for your session. Many people like to use a dedicated journal for their coaching. This gives you space to check back to any notes or actions you’ve written down and to journal or make notes between sessions to help you.
5) Double check your appointment time and where you’ve stored the Zoom link. Then simply log-on 5 minutes before so that you are in the waiting room on time to make the most of your session.
6) Remember that I’m really looking forward to coaching and supporting you! You’re in safe hands.
